Promotion of ICT for learning is one objective of the programme as a whole, and of the Comenius, Erasmus, Grundtvig and Leonardo programmes in particular. The “ICT” key activity supplements these programmes by addressing ICT teaching and learning needs across two or more of those sectors.
The “ICT” transversal key activity focuses on the potential of ICT as a catalyst of social and educational innovation and change. It is not about technology but about how learning can be enhanced through ICT (learning issues which cannot be taught otherwise, e.g. simulations; discovery learning; attracting drop-outs back to learning; enabling learning outside the school environment; flexible lifelong learning to bridge the digital gap, etc.).
Whenever possible, proposals should build upon existing work and results from Community-funded research, from Community education and training programmes, from national and regional initiatives, and from the private sector, and should include a clear plan for dissemination and application of the results of the project.
3.1 Multilateral projects
Priority will be given to projects aiming at:
• Developing and testing methodologies to measure and assess the impact of ICT in education. Such methodologies should help to identify the real added value of using ICT in education in terms of teaching and learning models and social and organisational issues.
• Designing, developing and testing new scenarios or methods for linking up and connecting various learning communities. Such scenarios or methods should contribute to development of learning communities with strong links between school, home, workplace and local communities and should be part of future ICT services and infrastructure.
3.2 Networks
Priority will be given to networks aiming at:
• Designing and implementing knowledge-sharing schemes
The programme will support schemes run by European networks, associations, public authorities, public-private partnerships, etc., supporting contacts and exchanges of good practice between them and widening their activities from information-gathering to knowledge-sharing between specific learning communities. These schemes should stimulate active learning communities using or willing to use innovative learning approaches to keep in contact, to share experience, to develop common experiments, to analyse their needs and to develop appropriate answers.
• Building new partnerships between all stakeholders
ICT has been instrumental in building up new partnerships across different levels of education and training, across learning services, and across different generations and walks of life, such as private, public and work. An increasing number and broader range of stakeholders, such as libraries, universities, research centres and museums, are participating in education. There is a need to analyse these new forms of partnership - where government, academics, schools, local community and industry can all play a role. Partnerships are an essential tool to steer the developing educational and training market. ICT-enhanced learning is at the intersection of education, research and innovation.

Am intrat in noul an cu sperante de mai bine: sanatate, prosperitate si fericire sa avem fiecare dintre noi!!! Iar pentru ca nu trebuie sa uitam traditiile si obiceiurile din strabuni, cele care ne dau identitate in lumea intreaga si ne fac sa fim mandri ca suntem "de neam bun", mai jos puteti urmari cateva imagini video de la petrecerea de Revelion 2007 care a avut loc in noaptea de Anul Nou la Cantina-Restaurant "Titu Maiorescu" a Universitatii "Al. Shapebooks
A shapebook is a book that is in the shape of a particular object. The text of the book is printed inside of the shape. For example, you may have written something (a story, a poem, a series of facts...) about apples. When you create a shapebook your text is automatically formatted to fit inside of an outline in the shape of an apple (or whatever shape you choose). Cut out the outline and you have an apple-shaped book about apples! Here is a sample.
Word Walls
A word wall is a formatted list of words. Word walls can be printed in large letters, suitable for displaying on a wall for group instruction, or in smaller letters to create worksheets. Color may be used to highlight different letter combinations. Here is a sample.
Word Search Puzzles
A word search puzzle is a group of words hidden in a grid of random letters. Words may be hidden within the puzzle in any direction. Easier puzzles have shorter words and smaller grids, and limit the directions of the hidden words to 'left to right' and 'down'. Harder puzzles include longer words, larger grids, and words hidden in any direction. Puzzles typically include a list of the hidden words below the puzzle, and a puzzle solution showing the circled words.
Word search puzzles built with the abcteach word search tool may be generated in standard rectangular sizes, or in a number of other available pre-formatted shapes. There are three difficulty levels to choose from, and puzzles may be printed in a variety of fonts, font sizes, colors, and border options. Here is a sample.
Word Unscrambles
A word unscramble is a list of words and phrases whose letters have been mixed up. Each scrambled word or phrase is followed by a space in which to write the unscrambled words. The list is numbered, so that the scrambled words and phrases may be easily matched to the unscrambled solutions, which are provided on the following page. Here is a sample.
Crossword Puzzles
A crossword puzzle is a group of words that have been arranged horizontally and vertically so that each word crosses at least one other word at a common letter. The puzzle itself doesn't show the words, only the spaces where the words should be written. A list of numbered clues is matched to numbers placed in spaces on the puzzle where each word starts.

Math Worksheets
A math worksheet is a set of related math problems. Solving the math problems may require simple arithmetic, algebraic, geometric, or statistical calculation, but one worksheet will typically present multiple variations of a single type of problem, so that students get practice with one particular mathematical operation or principle.The math worksheets at abcteach are organized into age-appropriate levels, covering topics from basic math concepts through geometry. Sudoku
Sudoku is a logic puzzle. It is typically presented as a square grid with 9 squares to a side. Thick grid lines emphasize each block of 9 squares. The grid is partially filled with the numbers 1 through 9. To solve the puzzle, the empty squares should be filled in so that each row, column, and block contain each of the numbers 1 through 9. There is only one correct answer. Either 4 square or 9 square sudoku can be created using the abcteach sudoku tool. A setting is available for difficulty. This difficulty level controls how many squares are initially filled in on your sudoku. Our sudoku may be fully, partially, or not hinted.
